Established through a matching grant from the Alletta Morris McBean Charitable Trust, the Noreen Stonor Drexel Enrichment Grant Endowment Fund provides resources for teacher, school and community enrichment grants. The fund grows through dedicated fundraising and through excess funds available at the end of each fiscal year, as determined by the board.

The NPEF Endowment Fund provides resources for the ongoing mission of the foundation. The Finance Committee oversees the fund, making recommendations to the board for its administration, growth and use. The fund grows through dedicated fundraising and through excess funds available at the end of each fiscal year, as determined by the board.

Governance: City of Newport Trust and Investment Commission

Established through a fundraising campaign coordinated by private citizens, the Pell School Tech Endowment Fund provides resources for technology-related equipment, support, education and learning for students at Pell Elementary School. While the City of Newport Trust and Investment Commission has custody of the fund, a group of appointed trustees advises the commission of its wishes for the fund as needed and at least annually.

The fund grows through dedicated fundraising and excess funds are distributed once every three years, as determined by the board.
